About the WFX-Test

There are five (5) components to the WFX-FIT: a screening component and four (4) performance components.

    Carry Pump on Back
    Hand Carry Pump
    Hose Pack Lift and Carry on Back
    Charged Hose Advanced
WFX-FIT is completed as a timed circuit. All performance components must be tested together. Fire fighters must be able to complete the test within 14 minutes and 30 seconds in order to be elegible for national exchange. Provinces, Territories and Parks Canada have agency standards that apply to Type 1 fire fighters working in their home area. For national export, Type 1 firefighters must meet the national exchange standard of 14 minutes and 30 seconds.

WFX-Testing Fees

COST WFX-Fit TESTS are $220.00 including HST -- PRIVATE TESTS VARY BASED ON THE NUMBERS AND LOCATION - PLEASE CONTACT
Payment in Full Required Normal and Private tests require full payment when booked. Payments can be made via the online booking system or directly to the Outland Office (Cash, Cheque, Invoice).

REFUNDS Full refunds are only available 8 days prior to your test. Special circumstances can be discussed on a case by case basis as long as we are contacted at least 24 hrs prior to the test.
